A smooth, warming tipple with bitter sweet edge. This Christmas concoction shows off the herbaceous notes of Benedictine whilst the sweetness is balanced with the dryness of the Maraschino and bitterness of the Punt e Mes creating the perfect sipping Christmas nip.
Ingredients:
25ml Benedictine
25ml Hennessy VS
25ml Punt e Mes
5ml Luxardo Marachino
3 drops of Master of Malts cherry Bitters
Method:
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir, be sure to taste regularly to check the balance, strain into a coupette glass

Spray the oils of an orange zest over the top and garnish with either a dehydrated orange wheel or an orange twist.
